Its normal when you go to a bank and ask for a loan that they ask what you need it for.

Well for some reason RBOS acccepted the idea that MFS were going to sell a bunch of worthless assets into the fund pull the money out to pay out Fortress.

Where is the paperwork on this ?

Still would like to know why WC didnt contest instead of selling off some of the best assets.

And where is ASIC in relation to what is obviously such a large fraud.
