    Wasnt the money drawn down pretty quickly as MFS was desperate for funds.

    Seems a long bow to draw that RBOS didnt ask questions as to why 150 million was used so quickly on related party transactions.

    Stll doesnt escaoe the fact that WC who is happy to fight developers who have lost becuase the financier could not deliver but not RBOS who assisted in stripping out 150 million in value
