    I agree regarding the RBOS situation.

    They were desperate at the time to exit australia and would have I believe accepted a haircut.

    In addition instead of spending money on lawyers fighting borrowers which I expect to end in tears for the fund why not examine what RBOS knew about the dud assets sold into the fund.

    I dont even want to get started on Korda Mentha but one day would love to see someone have a good look at the Ansett liquidation
