Mogga. Despite your very pro view of the PASS situation, admittedly you remained rather quiet regarding the rumour. However Wellington appeared almost certain is was in relation the NAG/PASS and contract.

I guess my question is would Wellington trust his 'source' with the next piece of information they supplied him with

Curious as to what you suggest in regards to smelling a Rat?
