    Nobody told SPARK because they kept asking NAG to tender to store PASS for the past 4 years. Why would they do that if the PASS was reclassified as clean fill?

    Pleae keep in mind that all NAG announcements are vetted by the company secretary Alfonsi Grillo who is also a senior partner in Grillo Higgins Lawyers. Be carefull calling out anyone as liars as this could be a defamation case waiting to happen.
