if legal action was to be taken imo both Barry Fitzgerald and Trumbull will come under scrutiny for ramping $150 per tonne price for pass
at the time of ramping $150 a tonne price for pass, actual price in Melbourne for high volume was $16 a tonne back then.
as I said all along no smart project manager will send pass on a 4 hour plus turnaround trip and pay someone exuberant amount to cover barge and conveyor cost to dispose pass.
if spark did visit nag site would’ve been gobsmacked for lack of readiness with infrastructure to take pass
i am gobsmacked that nag actually payed someone to do a report on pass and still failed to get pass
