One has to ask himself where 7 million tonnes of PASS is now going
and if it's not going anywhere - what has happened to 7 million tonnes of PASS
If the intention was to ''repurpose'' the NEL PASS then why did they keep asking NAG to tender (as late as last October) to store it?
Any idea where the 7 million tonnes of ex PASS is going?
