Wellington have a record of selling against the market in the past...ie they have been sellers when things were looking good. Also bear in mind that the shares that they have just announced they have sold, have probably taken quite some weeks/months to sell......they dont just sell them in one "dump"....so once again they have been selling in times of mixed fortune
