Dont think it is Wellington selling, the volume today is not that high.
Wellington sales last week were leading up to announcement (which happened after close) on 28th. It would appear from sentiment on here that there was much more risk to this project prior to 28th announcement which is perhaps why Wellington was selling at that stage.
