    PTR is undervalued at the moment. Given that TRUenergy paid $57M for their 30%, one could easily assign $60M to PTR's 34% stake.

    On top of this, they have $13M in cash, and now $21M in government funding (34% of $62.8M).

    One could easily see $60M + $34M = $94M in enterprise value. With the number of shares on offer, fair value for the share price is closer to $1.

    One could also easily argue that the government funding has also helped de-risk the project, assigning more value to the JV.

    44c is a bargin IMHO.
