TTC,
You stated that TRUEnergy paid $57m for their 30% however they havent actually paid this and they dont currently have 30% of the project. They have *agreed* to pay it in stages to earn incremental stakes as the project progresses. They currently hold somewhere between 0 & 10%.

I agree that its a bargain though.
