Also agree, that FAR would be easier to take-over than PCL. Moreover, I do see NO need for a JV between PCL and FAR! I feel that both companies have interesting assets off-shore West-Africa (Far off-shore NW Africa - Senegal etc. whereas Pcl off-shore NAMIBIA - the latter being in an absolutely critical phase right now with the ongoing Welwitschia-1A drilling having recommenced...).
However, FAR and PCL will have to closely and positively co-operate to get the VERY BEST deal out of L6, now that the Sunbird drill has largely de-risked that area resp. UPGRADED the COS there!!
