I haven't read the follow-ups, questions etc. on Twitter to the tweats of this guy "Jan Skoop" to find out what's going on and I didn't do any search about the rumours on Namibian news portals so far.
Maybe later, in the moment I have too much other things (not better things) on my desk to do.
Anyway, so far it looks like intentionally launched rumours to me.
