I'd be interested to know how this facility works also - do they get forward financing to acquire stock from Wentronic or is it finance against actual
sales invoices?

if it's the former it would seem that Wentronic is stitching up the CLT shareholders by unloading inventory into CLT, having CLT to borrow to pay for stock it hasn't sold yet which provides Wentronic with cashflow that it doesn't already have.

does this Wentronic crowd actually have any financial means behind them?
