Can't a baby change table be attached to the wall of an Accessible toilet? Are dads expected to change their baby on a filthy toilet floor? On a side note I would like to see public toilets reopened at every train station like they used to be (eg: Melbourne suburbs). Now they are almost always locked with access only allowed to a select few eg: public safety officers. No wonder so many train stations reek of urine and people have to look around for a public restaurant if they need a toilet.
