Like other guys have on here I'm sure... I have spent extensive time in outback & offshore Australia, 100's of kms away from any city lights and can tell you that the night sky is on some nights awesome, and if you look long enough then it's very unusual to not see a few shooting stars, or satellites to be correct, as they race over the sky... never seen anything other than that... not to say these do not exist... to say otherwise is difficult if one considers the vastness of space, weather that life out there somehwhere could travel here to earth, is of course the question.
