I was referreing to their failure to disclose important statements in their annual reports and statutory reporting which would have compelled them to disclose information relating to anya ctivity that could have impacted on their results.
A fight ensured on this site with several inadvertant admissions made by their chairman about their reporting and the activities that were the subject of the same. Their share price remained in the doldrums till matters affecting their performance and reporting were resolved (purpotedly).
It was a lesson in what the AISC and ASX remain ignorant about and take at face value which is in effect if done delibherately a fraud on shareholders.
The other company I raised was Phoenix which unfortunately for many is reduced to ashes and will never rise again.
