YTD car sales stats indicate that 4* Chinese Brands are now in the top
10 sellers year to date ....a significant rise from last year & a fair share
of those are EVs (BEVs/PHEVs & HEVs)

(dont mention Tesla which has taken a nose dive since Musk caught Trumpitis
.....perhaps Tesla *now at # 10 YTD could be also classified as Chinese because
its top 2 sellers here...-the Type 3 & the Y-... are made in China)

Just looked at a BYD BEV drive away $32K with 400 kms range and
it was impressive. IMO once the US & EU import tariffs on Chinese
cars grips fully we'll have even cheaper Chinese EVs here
