Although lets remember also that a big chunk of shares that were to be issued are based on production target of 30kt per month and even more based on resource of 10 million Tonnes. If this target isnt reached then there will be alot less shares and options issued.

Dare I say that the new board probably knows that this is easily acheivable down the line, and realised that URA was heavily undervalued due to current management and have basically just stepped in and taken over now that all the tedious stuff is out of the way.

They will share a common interest with us, and this will benefit us holders big time.
