love it how wen you get on the ground and see how some sales prices being at a discount of 20% to the original price.. but then when the 'official' statistics come out, there is either a small rise or only a miinute fall in overall sales.. lol
btw.. does anyone else notice an increase in the amount of emails sent from real estate agents trying to push sales through? Titled: "BARGAIN'" or "Vendor must sell'" etc..
LAST YEAR, Real estate agents wouldn't even call me back!! lol I'm not important enough
