"Nido’s participation in the FID is subject to the satisfaction of various conditions precedent under its debt facility with Standard Bank which are expected to be satisfied in quarter 4 2012;"
What are peoples thoughts on them satisfying these conditions, surely a poor market cap wont help.
Could they be in a lot of trouble???
