Ravi,I personally believe that,as evidenced by the recent share issue debacle,(shortfall) and the demonstrable unwillingness of then current, pre-issue shareholders, to participate,that BKP will be unable to meet the cash calls as they are sought by Statoil..
When that situation arises there are only two practical solutions:-
A:- A dilution of BKP % with Statoil as the beneficiary, or
B:- A J.V. with another Entity; one with the available
finance.
