    so thsi is a prime example of where a notification announcement would not hurt,hey sh the independent review suggested the end of the 2nd quarter off information provide by JS our leader and here we are the hold up is abc , or we haven't completed this or whatever the case, it will come a day when all the it will happen will go to shit and mean nothing IMO
