In all seriousness i cant see ML until next year.

theres no way the chairman's cheap options get voted through when they are already in the money after a ML, I.e. let's say ML comes in 2nd quarter as expected (oops 3rd qtr now) and price let's say 18c

November meeting and hes asking for millions worth of free money, no way it would get voted through, so only way his options get voted through is if we hit November meeting at 6 or 7c and options not in money

so bare minimum that's late November and these hard working African ministers will be on holidays by then until next Feb.

lets face it, ml been on pm desk for 8 months and he hasnt had time to sign a signature so whats a few more months
