    Some here clutching at straws thinking the options influence the issuing of the mining licence. If that's the case we will never get it. Firstly it was the August options, now's it's the November voting. With WMA and EEA and a few others holding the votes, they will always get voted up. So what you conspiracy theorist are suggesting is the Cameroon government and CAY are colluding to ensure board members illegally profit based on the issue date of the Mining Licence?
