    Good point though TT, if we had a ML and price were about 15c, it makes chairmans options look like freebies.
    Whatever the case I'll vote no but like MTB said they'll probably pass or as decided by EEA & WMA.
    Best case is we do have ML before AGM and EEA re-evaluate the offer proposing something that looks half fair.
