Tiptruck it’s subjective value when you haven’t the rights to mine it. It only breaks the threshold into tangible value when the mining license is granted.
There is good reason pretty much only one main broker covered this, that is its gross inherent risks, both political and infrastructure wise.
Seems like most of Wolf’s peers were smarter than him. Most of his clients certainly were but unfortunately got caught because it was trusted in him to act legally and ethically.
