Firstly, Welcome to all new RESonators! ....and a quick G'day to the old faithful too!

A watershed moment occured today that should not be underestimated. The Mining Right is the linchpin of this project. Without it we could make no formal deals with ESKOM. Now we have it! I cant wait to see what happens.

A.- Nope - my understanding is that
PJ will get 3,333,333 performance shares , and SM will get 1,666,667 performance shares for achieving a mining right for the Boikarabelo project.

Each will then recieve the same amount of performance shares again ...when (not if!) they meet the next performance hurdle - obtaining a project funding facility for a coal mining operation capable of producing in excess of 10m tonnes P/A.

I have no doubt that these further criteria will be met in due course and am pleased to see the 'masters' of the 'good ship RES' being duly rewarded.

I'm with you BB...till divvy or T/O whichever comes first.
Which do you reckon?
