I doubt very much it will be the end of the Putin regime, they’ll slowly gain control of Ukraine and install a new pro-Russian leader then that will be it. Sanctions will drag on for a while but not all countries will participate so Russia will get by.
US has done/attempted the same to many other countries and they’ve carried on.
Whether or not the war expands to other countries remains to be seen.
Personally, I would be buying Russian stocks or ETFs now if I could.
