I think you need to know the facts of the case. This was far from normal 'pecking order' type behaviour.
Really, it doesn't warrant arguing about. It's a simple case of extreme bullying. End of story.
All I can say, is thank heavens you're not a judge. This country would be in real trouble.
Read the facts. Don't just make things up to suit your simplistic views.
