The quarterly is signed by the new CFO, Bruce Elsholz. Perhaps it's just that his style is more dry than previous writers.
Really, there wasn't a lot to report in the quarter, and from what we see out here it was relatively ineffective (but, like a duck swimming on a lake, there is plenty going on that we can't see).
