And with the passing of time, that transaction looks increasingly like a transfer of wealth from the unfortunate shareholders of Wesfarmers, to the lucky Kidman shareholders at the time.

A project that, at the time of WES's acquisition of KDR, was lauded to have sensational economics and which was due to already been under construction today...
Today, a year later, and that project still has not even received final investment decision. That's only coming next year.
