Bunnings relocated in Coffs Harbour. They gazumped Masters on a block of industrial land & built their new store up the road from the old one. So WOW had to buy a block just up the road for their Masters store. Rumour has it WES paid waaaay over market value to pip Masters. Anyway the new Bunnings is so hot inside it's really uncomfortable & the amount of heat reflected off the carpark is unbearable. There are poly skylights in the iron roof with massive fans blowing the hot air down onto customers. The bloody store is a heat bank, they need a new architect. I always bought my reno stuff at Bunnings but now I avoid the place & only go there if I have to, then i'm out asap. I'll give Masters a go when they open in the next few weeks. If they are on the ball & can get some sort of cool breese happening I reckon ppl will drift out of Bunnings & up to Masters.......currently holding WES & WOW
