thanks CP........Bunnings old store was Corr iron, hot, but not as hot as the new one which is concrete. New one has a small cafe which I reckon is a plus but it's stuck in an alcove & super hot. There's an opportunity for a small food court with AC & reasonably priced food like IKEA does. I know ppl who go to IKEA just for lunch. Just get their Coles truck to do a drop off. Keep the customers in the store. No I'm not a tradie. I always saw Bunnings as primarily a handyman store. I don't think real tradies would buy power tools from them. They have a real tradie store up the road & give them a trade discount.
