Yes Conix and this could be another reason why WDR paid BTV 20 Cents a Share for BTV's 13,000,000 Shares in THR.
I think BTV are still holding their THR Warrants at this stage and that's a good sign.
Another thing, BTV would have obtained the Capital Gains Tax Concession by selling their THR Shares at this stage and who knows that C.G. Concession may come to an End in the Federal Budget Tomorrow Night (my Budget tip).
