WES has made an announcement about the trading halt.
It says it is planning some sort of capital raising but doesn't have details yet.
It has asked for the trading halt to avoid uninformed speculation.
If WES were to pursue and equity raising, it would prefer to allow all shareholders to participate. I take it that means it would prefer some kinds of rights issue to a placement.
It looks like they will be halted until next week.
