Yes. If you hold 300 shares at current price $37 (before trading halt) therefore total worth now is $11,100. You then buy 100 shares (1:3 offer) at (say) $30 for $3,000. The theoretical post rights price is then $11,100 + $3,000 divided by 400 = $35.25
