So the market loved the 6.2% sales increase in quater 1.....but, how does this stack up against their yearly forcase growth of 47%? Is this 40% below sales forecasts and the shareprice moved $0.80 up today....??? Maybe WES management are praying for a white Christmas. Also seems like their coal business is up the creek.
The current p/e ratio is trading at the higher end (p/e = 17) of next years sales forecasts (47% growth) so if sales targets are revised down, expect a big drop.
My view only but the figures don't add up. Where's the revenue comming from?
