The forecasts are all inclusive - retail and coal. Sales growth in retail has a strong correlation with WES revenue forecasts. Coal production down. Coal price up but aussie dollar up.
I don't know the proportion of revenue there is for their coal business against their retail business. I would guess that their retail arm is much larger than coal. It all averages out to 47% total revenue at p/e of 17 at current prices.
