Wesfarmers eyes delayed spot sales from new lithium mine amid critical minerals downturn.

Yet as i have said WES has a significant gold reserve/resource in Mt Holland it could develop or Joint Venture (free carry position) out to interested third parties and make revenue for shareholders.
So why isn't this being done ?? If it was done it could offset development costs of the lithium project and back back some of CAPEX - I just don't get it as its a no brainer !!!
