Speculation now is that Wesfarmers, bullish on the long-term outlook for lithium if unlikely to make back the outlay on its Covalent Lithium JV and Mt Holland mine with SQM for quite some time.
IMO: Mine the GOLD in Mt Holland tenements to recoup capital expenditure of lithium project is the direction WES should take.
