Two good questions.
Bunnings is a big part of WES and have been most of thier big growth story. I'm sure they would sell at the right price but I don't think MEY are big or silly enough to offer WES 'right' price!
WPL would be a very big bight and I don't see Shell letting go of its 34%.
If WES did make a WPL play it would rattle Shell to counter. It would be a profitable play for WES.
