Their treatment of all staff has been woeful recently. they forced a 2.5% pay rise on the HSU employees late last year, after making them wait 12 months and then threatening to take back payoff the table. The workers caved, and the time that was covered by the 2.5% increase was during a period when inflation was running above 6%.
Now they are trying to do the same to Nurses and Midwives. Is it any wondering that staff retention is at an all time low.
I could name quite a few highly paid executives whose salaries could be better spent.
