I've had a short options position on RHC since early May from $51.40. I know little about any issues within the business but technically it's just a continuation of the downtrend of the past 2years, so shouldn't surprise. There is strong support around $43.00 which should hold, whether its stops before then I don't know but momentum down is pretty strong.
