i did do the numbers once - seems very likely to get more shares from wesn eventually( cant remember if 1.12 or 1.2) unless share price goes through the roof -over about 42 stepping in from 37 somewhere.
co can defer for about six years though - YET WHY DO THEY OFTEN TRADE AT A DISCOUNT/? maybe i missed something!!
