yes i believe the risk reward is in favor of the wesn as it doesnt seem like wesf can get out of the 1.25 ratio only defer it and then if the price is very high( cf now ) if the price is under the cap then you have an extra 3 or 4 % a year equivalent - if it is over then you have done pretty well anyway
