Graham Elliot (GE) mentions a number of times at the Senate hearing that EWC can produce electricity from Pagbilao at a cheaper price than coal.
Actually at one point in the Senate hearing the General Manager from Capco Energy (or something like this) says that they are in awe that EWC can build an LNG terminal without long term contracts. GE replies that all it takes is 100m Philippinos paying their power bills, as they can produce power cheaper than coal.
GE will know the figures better than anyone.
So, on this basis EWC is likely to export power continuously.
This will put a dampner on the Skeoch shorters party!!
