GZ, We also experienced downward trend in commercial properties but depending on what you are financially able to afford there are still opportunities that give weekly incomes plus all the cpi etc and you still have bricks and morter at the end of the day, we in SA are still experiencing a good residential housing "Boom" and because we are generally considered cheaper than the other states your $ goes further and the quality of some of the houses is excellent.
