Wesson's departure

I wonder if this had anything to do with Bian Wesson's sudden departure??

"During the half-year the company engaged Westech International (HK) Pty Limited, a director related entity of Brian Wesson, to provide engineering services in relation to the construction of the CIL plant. The amount included in the half-year financial report is $355,265." Note 16 in the half-yearly.
