You will never know what will happen to the SP. However with the Senegal presidentual Decree and extension to be announced soon (hopefully in the affirmative and cannot see why not) and the agreement with Ophir:
"Should Ophir elect to continue in the Senegal Blocks subsequent to drilling a Senegal well Ophir has agreed to pay an equivalent reciprocal well promote (1.5 times well cost) to FAR."
FAR will recieve $34M from CR. Plus what they have and owing - (amounts to approx $50M)

FAR are hoping to get another partner for Senegal and pay for previous costs.
Therefore their cash alone would amount to 9c to 10c + per share. Then there is the value of the Blocks in West Africa.
